  1. Facilitated the establishment of the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Tanzania.
  2. Participated in the establishment of the Eastern Africa Universities Mathematics Programme (EAUMP) in 2002 still running to date.
  3. Participated in the establishment of the Working life interaction in modelling and data-skills (WOLIMODS) from 2022
  4. Being the chair of MAT/CHAHITA managed to popularized the association and increase the participants in its Annual National Mathematics Seminars.
  5. Brought in the departments mathematics projects:
    • Sida Mathematics Project from 2015 to date.
    • The Higher Education Institutions Institutional Cooperation Instrument (HEI ICI) from 2012 to 2014.
    • StArfrica Startup Germany-Africa
  6. Participated in the implementations of programme of the MoEST including Retooling.
